Refund policy
In line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 of Kenya, Monin Kenya offers a refund and return policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund or Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with the seal intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bottles that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
- Damaged items resulting from misuse after delivery
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at 0758862622 or email at info@savora.africa within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Once approved, return the item(s) to our Nairobi Headquarters at Lana Plaza, Oloitoktok road, Kileleshwa.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
