Shipping policy
At Monin Kenya, we deliver countrywide to ensure our customers across Kenya can enjoy our full range of products.
Delivery within Nairobi
- Free delivery on all orders above KES 10,000
- A standard delivery fee applies to orders below KES 10,000
- Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery outside Nairobi
- We deliver to all counties across Kenya
- Delivery charges outside Nairobi are calculated based on the destination, order weight, and courier rates. The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout or communicated by our team prior to dispatch.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Order Processing Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details where applicable.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries Monin Kenya is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays). Customers will be contacted to reschedule where necessary.
