Terms of Service – MONIN Kenya

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the purchase, distribution, and use of MONIN products in Kenya. By purchasing or using MONIN products supplied by MONIN Kenya or its authorized distributors, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Products
MONIN products include flavored syrups, fruit purées, beverage concentrates, sauces, and related flavoring ingredients used in beverages, desserts, and culinary applications. These products are intended primarily for professional hospitality, foodservice, and retail use.

3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by MONIN Kenya or its authorized distributor.

  • Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to delivery unless credit terms have been agreed upon in writing.

  • MONIN Kenya reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time due to market or supplier changes.

4. Delivery
Delivery timelines will depend on stock availability and location. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to logistical or external circumstances. MONIN Kenya will not be liable for delays outside its control.

5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final unless the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

6. Product Use and Storage
Customers must store and use MONIN products according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Improper storage, handling, or misuse of products will void any replacement or support.

7. Intellectual Property
The MONIN brand name, logo, product names, and related materials are protected trademarks and may not be used without written permission from MONIN or its authorized representatives.

8. Limitation of Liability
MONIN Kenya and its distributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use MONIN products.

9. Compliance with Local Laws
Customers and distributors must comply with all applicable Kenyan laws and regulations regarding food safety, resale, and commercial distribution.

10. Amendments
MONIN Kenya reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication.
