Le Fruit de MONIN Banana

Le Fruit de MONIN Banana brings rich texture and intense, true-to-fruit flavour to a wide range of drinks. On the nose it opens with ripe banana, followed by a creamy, smooth banana taste on the palate. Dilute 1 part Le Fruit to 6 parts water, mocktail or other application, and use it in hot chocolates and other hot drinks, smoothies and frappés, sodas and lemonades, flavoured wines, and culinary creations. For a standout serve, bartenders recommend it in a Daiquiri with a touch of honey and spiced rum.
